Kathleen Ross, founder and Principal of EduKate Consulting Inc., is a knowledgeable, passionate career development practitioner with decades of experience working with youth. A former high school Business, Economics and Career Education teacher, Kathleen recognizes that both post-secondary education and the workplace have dramatically evolved in the 21st century.
Kathleen is committed to giving youth and young adults the best possible career and education direction experience. She aims to reduce the uncertainly and provide clear and confident education career and direction through her enthusiasm and investigative skills. Her straight-forward process gives clients peace of mind, knowing that they have made the best possible decision and ultimately saved time, money and stress.
Kathleen holds an Honours Bachelor of Arts degree (Economics) from Queen’s University and a Bachelor of Education from Western University. She is an Ontario Certified teacher, a member of the Ontario School Counsellors Association and a certified Birkman Consultant.
Kathleen lives in Oakville Ontario and in her spare time she enjoys travel, hiking, reading, and running. She is a lifelong learner and loves to plan events for friends and family. She finds joy in experiences such as Mission work – teaching and mentoring teachers in St Lucia. One of her most recent accomplishments was hiking 100 miles through the Swiss, Italian and French Alps on the Tour du Mt Blanc.
